FRED & FARID Paris appoints Julien Grimaldi as CEO and Chief Strategy Officer
FRED & FARID Paris has announced the appointment of Julien Grimaldi as its new General Manager and Chief Strategy Officer. Grimaldi, formerly Deputy General Manager at BETC, brings more than 15 years of experience in developing global strategies and campaigns for major French and international brands. He will work alongside Olivier Lefebvre, President and Chief Creative Officer, to drive the agency's strategic and business offerings to new heights.
In his new role, Grimaldi will leverage his hybrid strategic expertise and international leadership to benefit FRED & FARID Paris' current clients, and will also be responsible for developing and promoting the creative boutique agency within the FRED & FARID network.

With over 15 years of experience developing global strategies and campaigns for major French and international brands, Grimaldi has worked in agencies such as Publicis (where he was an international strategic planner on accounts such as Renault, Club Med, Europcar and Dacia), Leo Burnett Group (where he held positions as Director of New Business and Deputy Director of Strategy, and developed campaigns for Kellogg's, BlackBerry, SFR, Norton, the United Nations, France Télévisions, Johnnie Walker, the Ministry of Culture and Communication), and at BETC (where he oversaw the premiumization of the Peugeot brand worldwide and the electrification and internationalization of the Citroën brand, and worked with brands such as McDonald's, The Coca-Cola Company (for the launch of the Coke studio platform), Veolia, Lillet, Hennessy, and Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games bid.
